Create the owner login. Lite is free. OAuth-capable agents add the MCP URL with no key. The default key is shown once as backup — never paste it into a chat.
- After sign up, Add to Cursor or Codex mcp add then mcp login. The default key is shown once as backup. Do not download a file that contains it.
- Owner login uniquely owns billing, rotating the default key, and deleting the account. Default key or login may delete a card.
- UCL emails (@ucl.ac.uk, @alumni.ucl.ac.uk) get Education instead of Lite.

- Is Lite free?
- Yes. Lite is free hosted librarian: unlimited Markdown, 100MB attachments, 1 named shelf, one default key, uncapped extra keys. Pro, Ultra, and Lifetime add attachment quota and named shelves.
- What happens after sign up?
- You see the default agent key once — save a backup in a password manager app (1Password, Bitwarden, or similar — not a vault MCP). It is the fallback for hosts that cannot complete OAuth. Prefer Add to Cursor or Codex mcp add then mcp login (URL only, then the browser prompt). Do not download a settings file that contains the key. Never paste the key into a chat, and never ask an agent to read it from a vault. Rotate it from Keys if it leaks.
