CentricMem is a digital hosted service. There are no physical goods to return. This page covers refunds, cancellation, and UK cooling-off.

1. No physical returns. We do not ship products. There is nothing to post back. “Return” here means stopping a paid plan or asking for a refund of a charge.
2. Free plans. Lite and Education are free. There is nothing to refund. You can stop using the service at any time.
