• 3. Why we process it. Contract: to create the account, host the Library, authenticate agents, take payment, send password-reset mail, and provide the dashboard.
• 4. Who processes it for us. Cloudflare (Workers for the website, DNS, orange-cloud proxy in front of the librarian, R2 for originals).
